6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all materials they provide for the project.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final delivered website and design assets.

6.3 Portfolio Rights

I retain the right to display completed projects in my portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times, scope changes, and technical complexities.

9. Warranty and Support

All projects include a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes and technical issues. Ongoing support and maintenance are available through separate maintenance agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
